If you are new to exercise or haven’t exercised for more than 3 months, it’s not necessary to have any equipment. And you don’t need to join a gym. But I recommend that you have an exercise mat.

Absolutely! As long as you are not on a severe calorie-restricted diet, we can work together.

Nope! But you will likely need to cut down on your current portions. We have to make changes if we want to see changes. Just keeping it real with you!

Not unless you want to. My main method is not based on counting calories nor macro nutrients (macros). I coach you around eating healthier and making better food choices without cutting out any food or food groups.

This will depend on your goal and how quickly you’d like to achieve them. But I recommend a minimum of 3 days per week. This can be 15-60 minutes long, depending on the amount of time you have.

This depends on how compliant you are. But the majority of my clients start seeing results after one week. Some clients have lost up to 15kgs (33lbs) after just 3 months. See some testimonials here…

Almost everyone has this fear in the beginning. That’s why we start out with low impact and gentle exercises to build up your confidence. On top of that, the app allows you to record yourself if you aren’t sure that you’re doing it properly. I then give you feedback and extra guidance if necessary. Lastly, my exercises have very low risk of injury (if at all), due to their very nature. I don’t train/coach body builders or professional athletes (they’re more prone to injuries, especially if not properly supervised).

Because I am excellent at what I do. I care about you and it shows in my coaching style. Last but not least, I have over 20 years of experience helping people lose weight and get fit. I practise what I preach and was able to bounce right back after chemotherapy, after losing a significant amount of muscle mass and a decreased range of motion in my shoulder after my double mastectomy and lymph nodes removal.
